INTELLIGENT RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT SYSTEM

     This web-based system based on B/S framework, MySQL database, JS, CSS and HTML front-end model. is designed for improving residential management. This is designed on real consumers' demand. System includes entrance securities, employee information, authority grade, residential commerce, utility usage tracking and billing, parking management, and CRM functions. In addition, the system has external interfaces including online payment software, printer, vehicle recording device, attendance equipment. Internal interfaces are based on MVC framework.
